What does it really cost?
A once-off setup fee (R2,500 for a catalogue site, R6,500 for an online store) and then a flat monthly fee from R399. That includes your domain, hosting, email forwarding, security and maintenance — there are no hidden costs.
Can I change my own prices and products?
Yes. Every plan lets you update your items, prices, photos and hours. Prefer not to touch it? On a Managed plan you just WhatsApp us the change and it's live the same day.
Do I own my domain and content?
Always. Your domain is registered in your name and your content is yours. If you ever leave, you take them with you — no hostage tactics.
What if I already have a website?
We'll rebuild it properly and move your domain over at no extra setup cost in most cases. Send us your current site and we'll quote you straight.
Is there a contract?
Month-to-month. Stay because the service is good, not because a contract traps you.
How do online store payments work?
Card payments are processed by Paystack directly into your own account — we never touch your money. You get an email per order and see everything in your own dashboard.
